Mortgage Term Loan

• Repayment Tenure: Maximum 108 Months
• Margin : Max. 50% of Residual Value of the property to be Mortgage.
• Maximum Loan Amount Limit : Rs.5.00 Crores

Eligibility :

• Salaried Persons:- With minimum 2 years of past permanent/confirmed service.
• Non-Salaried Persons:- Self employed person with profit earning for at least past 2 years.
• Security : Mortgage of property (Residential / Commercial )
• Guarantors : Two competent guarantors acceptable to Bank

• Subscription to Bank's Share - Membership: 1% of Loan Amount
• Processing fee : 1% of Loan Amount
