Introduction of JSBL Digital Rewards program for Janakalyan Bank’s Customers to reward them with special services and attention for their loyalty towards Janakalyan Sahakari Bank Ltd.

JSBL Digital Rewards is a joint initiative of the NPCI and Novus Loyalty launched to introduce India’s uniform loyalty program for Janakalyan Bank enabling users to manage rewards accumulated through various transactional mediums. Janakalyan Bank’s Customer can earn with easy and instantly redeem the rewarded points on numerous purchasing options.

b. ‘Sign In’ with Customer Number (Customer number is mandatory for login)
c. Customer will receive an OTP on registered mobile number
d. After OTP verification, Customer will choose new password
Step – 2
Login –
a. Login with Customer Number with New Password
b. Customer can change their password using “Change Password” option
c. Password should be in alpha numeric with some special character
