Bank offer OD/TL facility against mortgage of residential / commercial properties to meet any business requirement

Purpose:

Short term / Long Term fund requirement
1. Special interest rate for priority sector lending.

Repayment:
On Demand/Annual review In case of Term Loan = Maximum 9 years

Margin :
Loan/OD amount is restricted to 50% of Property Value

Maximum Loan Amount Limit :
Rs 13.75 Crore subject to Bank's Exposure Norm

Minimum Loan Amount Limit :
Need Based

Eligibility :
Individuals, Proprietorship, Partnership, Pvt. Ltd. & Public Ltd., LLP

Security - Prime Mortgage of Property

Security - Collateral :
Nil

Subscription to Bank's Share - Membership:
2.5 % of Loan amount (Max Rs 5.00 Lac per entity)

Processing fee : OD= 1% of OD amount on First occasion and 0.70% at the time of renewal . TL = 1.00 %only on first occasion (excluding GST)

Guarantors

Two Guarantors acceptable to Bank.
