> Are e-LOBBY services available for me?

Dear Customers, our 88% branches are equipped with e-LOBBY setups. The services offered are Cash Deposit (CDM), Cash Withdrawal (ATM) and Cheque Deposit, Passbook Printing, Product Info (KIOSK). Find here more details of e-LOBBY services.

These e-LOBBY services are available 24x7. Bank does not levy any charges for using e-LOBBY services. You can avail these services from any of your convenient e-LOBBY centre of JANAKALYAN BANK.
 
> Can I place request for new Cheque Book?

Dear Customers, Cheque Book Requests are not processed since all supportive services like paper procurement, printing, courier services to deliver etc. are unavailable due to outbreak of COVID-19 crisis.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. JANAKALYAN BANK offers Mobile Banking services. We humbly request you to use it to remit the funds. Resumption of the service will be separately intimated.


> Can I place request for new Debit Card?

Dear Customers, JANAKALYAN BANK offers ATM-cum-Debit Card of RuPay. Find here the power and features.

Since all supportive services like card procurement, printing, courier services to deliver etc. are unavailable due to outbreak of COVID-19 crisis, we are forced to stop processing your requests for new Debit Card. Resumption of the service will be separately intimated. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused and till then we humbly request you to use our Mobile Banking services to remit the funds.

Do I need to visit Bank for renewing my ‘Fixed Deposit’?

Dear Customers, JANAKALYAN BANK uses ‘Auto Renewal’ technology and renews all ‘Fixed Deposits’ for same tenure with applicable rate of interest. Bank also intimates this renewal through SMS on registered mobile number. Hence, you need not visit Bank to renew your Fixed Deposit and rest assured about its timely renewal.


How can I repay my loan instalments?

Dear Customers, you can pay loan instalments by following ways:

a.IMPS or NEFT through Mobile Banking App of your other Bank

b.NEFT through Internet Banking App of your other Bank

c.Visit our Bank and pay it in Cash or Cheque

JANAKALYAN BANK prefers to accept online modes of payments.


Can I open new account (Saving, Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit)?

Dear Customers, though JANAKALYAN BANK welcomes you to open new account, we humbly request you to delay the process till lifting of lockdown. If it is very urgent, then please visit your convenient branch location. Our Bank officials would help you to do the needful.

Can I close Fixed Deposit account prematurely and how?

Dear Customers, in the current scenario of COVID-19 outbreak JANAKALYAN BANK recommends you continuing your fixed deposit with us. If you are in need of money, we humbly request you to choose one of the following options:

a.Visit bank and avail loan against your Fixed Deposit account and keep intact your Fixed Deposit account

b.Visit bank and complete the formalities of closing Fixed Deposit account.


Can I apply for loan and how?

Dear Customers, JANAKALYAN BANK offers wide-range of loan products, which can be further customised suitably to match your requirements. In the current scenario of COVID-19 outbreak, we are forced to work for restricted number of hours from 9:45 AM to 1:30 PM excluding public holidays, II/IV Saturdays and all Sundays.

System generates statement of account in a password protected PDF and emails.

Dear Customer, JANAKALYAN BANK offers Mobile Banking services. You can remit/transfer the funds using IMPS (Immediate Payment System) which is instant or NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer) within maximum 30 minutes.

 
Can I purchase Pay-order/Demand Draft?

Can I update my passbook of account?

Can I deposit/withdraw Cash from my account?
